(1) If there is a matter related to money under this Act, the chief district officer who is related to the Government of Nepal will take vertical action and decide.
(2) The chief district officer shall have all the powers of the court in relation to the proceedings under sub-section (1).
(3) According to sub-section (1) there will be no questions and answers in the court on any matter related to the Government of Nepal.
